At PROTRAVEL, we aim to provide a smooth, transparent, and reliable experience from booking to completion of your trip. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking Process

Booking your tour is simple and personalized. You may contact us via our website form or email with your travel details, including:

• Arrival and departure dates
• Preferred hotels and budget
• Desired destinations and experiences
• Any additional services or special requests

Based on this information, we will prepare a customized itinerary tailored to your preferences.

2. Confirmation & Payment

Once the itinerary and all details are agreed upon, your booking can be confirmed by:

• Paying the full amount, or
• Paying a 30% deposit to secure your reservation

The remaining balance can be paid prior to or on the day of the tour, as agreed. Availability is subject to demand, and we recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we aim to keep the process simple:

• Cancellations can be made at any time by notifying us via email or official communication channels.
• Payments will be refunded minus the 30% deposit and any bank transfer or processing fees.

4. Changes & Modifications

We will do our best to accommodate any changes to your booking. Modifications are subject to availability and may involve additional costs depending on the nature of the request.

5. Responsibility & Services

We are committed to delivering high-quality services and carefully arranged experiences. However, some services (such as hotels, flights, or third-party providers) are subject to their own terms and conditions.
